Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a wonderful experience at Nova Health Urgent Care! The facility was exceptionally clean, quiet, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. I especially appreciated the younger team of professionals who were knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Everyone made me feel comfortable, answered my questions thoroughly, and provided excellent care. Such a refreshing urgent care experience. I would absolutely recommend Nova Health!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I made an online appointment at NovaHealth the evening of Tuesday 10/13. I had been experiencing travel diarrhea after recently returning from an out of country trip. When I arrived at the facility I was quickly and warmly welcomed by the two receptionists seated at the front desk. There was only 1 person who came in just before me; we were both taken back to an exam room shorty after check-in. An assistant came into the room to take some additional information, blood pressure, etc. Shortly after she left the physician came in. After diagnosing my problem, she immediately called in some scripts; which I was able to pick up at my pharmacy. From the time I left home (which is about 12 min from the facility), to appointment and prescription pick up; was less than an hour and ten minutes. I took the prescribed meds upon returning home and my symptoms were markedly improved within a few hours. The facility was clean, the staff was amazing. I would definitely return and/or refer friends and family.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The facility is very clean. The people at the front desk are prompt and friendly. The MA was very friendly and the care provider, Rasah, appeared to be considerate, thoughtful, and patient. If I have to go to urgent care. I will go here to Nova again.
